Logging into RAD Lab UI gives client side application error

**Describe the bug**
"Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)." I see it randomly when I login to my RAD Lab UI as a user (not as admin), but if I just refresh the page the login completes and everything seems fine in the UI.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Login with Google SSO (again, I'm seeing this intermittent error with a non-admin account)

**Expected behavior**
I expected to login via SSO without any errors at all.
