Add KCC port of fortigate-tutorial-gcp example - backport collaboration - while we integrate into the KCC Landing zone

In collaboration with your team, our team would like to add a 3rd port to use the kubernetes config controller to deploy the solution. We will contribute the kubernetes yaml code as we port it from both of your gcloud and terraform examples
