Plans to ship frontend with the new prometheus UI (introduced in prometheus 3.0)

As i didn't find any related issues or PRs i want to ask if there are plans to ship the `frontend` server with the new `prometheus` UI (from version 3.0)?

Beside the new look and feel i would really like to benefit from the `Explain` tab which describes why certain series didn't occur in the result, e.g.:
