@jaketf has some logic for formatting terraform in
https://github.com/jaketf/ci-cd-for-data-processing-workflow/blob/3e174fa1f05eb3a404497c9597d11399ef2091ea/helpers/check_format.sh#L65-L85
It'd be great to include this logic in this repo, too.
