Whats the plan for the production-ready stable release of gcp-propagators, so far there have been alpha version releases only

Since April 2022 up to Jan 2024, there have been multiple [releases ](https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/opentelemetry-operations-java/releases) of the _opentelemetry-operations-java_ plugin. However, the _gcp-propagators_ has always been released with the [alpha ](https://central.sonatype.com/artifact/com.google.cloud.opentelemetry/propagators-gcp/versions) version.
We have concerns about using an alpha version otel extension in our production software. Can you please share the plan for the production-ready stable release for the _gcp-propagators_ ?
