Proposal - Ontology integration

Hello!

Thanks for the knowledge catalog which is extremely interesting!

One thought I had while reading the terminology section ([link](https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/knowledge-catalog/blob/main/okf/SPEC.md#2-terminology)) is that many of the defined concepts and keywords closely resemble the core elements typically used when building an ontology.

I would be very interested in hearing your thoughts and feedback on this perspective.
