Stackdriver quota are far too small

Stackdriver doesn't allow more than 500 custom metric schemas (or 1000 prom metric schemas apparently) per project. This is far too low for practical usage. For example, Jenkins exports around 500 prometheus metrics. If you apply stackdriver-to-prom to jenkins, you've already used up the majority of your quota.
