gsutil cp issues

Hey guys/gals,

Having an issue where when i run gsutil cp test2 gs://my-bucket, it gives me "Omitting directory "file://test2". So when i try it with the -r option it gives me "CommandException: No URLs matched. Do the files you're operating on exist?"

File is located on my C drive
