Allow users to unset previously saved deploy account in preferences page

The `AccountSelector` may have an extra combo item without any text.

Some thoughts should be given when implementing this, because currently it doesn't select any item if the saved account isn't logged in yet (i.e., the combo will have already selected a combo item that has no text in it.) In this case, this empty combo item should be distinguished from the idea that explicitly unsets the saved account.
