Description
### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
the current setup of having to drop files in an inbox folder seems to cut the legs off this project - it is a glorified rag system
### Describe the solution you'd like
i would say ingestion needs to be automatic:
1. drop urls in there to ingest content
2. link to github repo's / local repos to remember and understand code
3. link other sources such as google calendar for meeting notes, email etc
### Describe alternatives you've considered

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the current inbox-folder ingestion flow, then map how URL content, GitHub or local repositories, Google Calendar, and email would enter the system. Done would require an agreed scope and acceptance criteria for automatic ingestion and durable recall across the proposed sources.
