### What happened?

In audio/speech/sample-apps/live-translator/README.md, the Note at the top mentions a non-existent SETUP.md file:

> NOTE: Before you move forward, ensure that you have followed the instructions in [SETUP.md](https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/generative-ai/blob/main/audio/speech/sample-apps/SETUP.md). Additionally, ensure that you have cloned this repository and you are currently in the live-translation-demo folder. This should be your active working directory for the rest of the commands.
