Can ESPv2 hide health check log?

Hi,
I have ESPv2 deployed on a GKE cluster and in my use case I have a load balancer at the edge of the topology, this load balancer performs health checks on the ESPv2 pod, this pod also has live testing and testing readiness, generating another health check entry on ESPv2 requests.

All this configuration generates a large number of health check access records, is it possible to hide this type of records and only show different access records to health check requests?
