What changes would need to be made to be able to make this integration happen?
I understand that you need to diver deeper than the project id. For example, project it, location, agent id. The path that is surfaced with you copy the agent's name from the hamburger menu in CX.
Has anyone seen any documentation that lays out the integration like this does for ES?
