Documentation Missing: Known Limitations, Stats and Rules

We need to document with more clarity on which known limitations, benchmarks, rules, exist within the tool today; What can we handle.

- Number of input files;
- Number of Conversions;
- Conversion Benchmarks (with and without rules);
- Which rules exist today out of the box; How to create additional/custom rules;
