False Negative in example-problems/no-such-method-error-signature-mismatch

Fork of one problem found in #1372.

Since #1302, in example-problems/no-such-method-error-signature-mismatch, LinkageChecker does not report the DnsNameResolver error because its [`DnsNameResolver$ResourceResolverFactory.getResourcResolverFactory(ClassLoader loader)`](https://github.com/grpc/grpc-java/blob/v1.17.0/core/src/main/java/io/grpc/internal/DnsNameResolver.java#L652) catches ClassNotFoundException. `ClassDumper.catchesLinkageError` returns true for the class, suppressing the linkage error.

This is false negative because `mvn exec:java` in the example project fails because of NoSuchMethodException.
