Description

(Please ensure you are running the latest version of Cloud Code for IntelliJ with _Help > Check for Updates_)
- Cloud Code for IntelliJ version: 22.10.1-221
- Google Cloud SDK version: 407.0.0
- OS: Linux 5.18.16-1rodete4-amd64

**What did you do?**
1. In the Kubernetes explorer, click **+ Connect to a GKE cluster**
2. In the dialog, clicked **Create new GKE cluster**
3. After authenticating, in console, created a cluster and waited for it to be ready
4. went back to Intellij, tried to select my new cluster from the cluster dropdown in the dialog. It was not there.
5. Looked for a refresh button in the dialog (I believe there previously was one) but could not find one.
6. Closed the dialog, clicked the refresh icon in the Kubernetes explorer, then opened the **Connect to a GKE cluster** dialog again and added my new cluster
**What did you expect to see?**
A refresh button in the connect to a GKE cluster dialog
**What did you see instead?**
No refresh button, no updated list of clusters, just the 2 clusters I already created, not my new 3rd one. I had to close dialog and reopen after refreshing in the kubernetes explorer.x
