Runtime Configuration API - Provide config and variables listing and API

I am quite interested by the possibility of using this GCP API for some of my projects, but the lack of usable human interface for creating and editing a full config is holding me back currently.

Being able to visualize, create and edit config and variable from Cloud Code could be a real selling point for me.
