fix helm examples for Helm v3+

Hello, Thanks for the project, it help me a lot.

following the steps to run the neoj4-ce and find an issue with the example in README.

it will return an error: "Error: unknown flag: --name"
Flag --name It's outdated for helm v3+

now it follows the pattern help template [name] [chart]

I update all readmes which I see to new pattern in this PR:

but it apparently returns an error to merge, anyway, the main purpose is to advise.
