Google managed certificate?

Hi,

Firstly thank you for creating this, makes the process of getting gitlab (one of the many apps provided) up and running on GCP much much easier!

According to the README for click-to-deploy/k8s/gitlab, it appears that the current configurations only works for the following three scenarios:

1. With no SSL enabled, in which case don't set a domain name and set SSL_CONFIGURATION to default
2. With SSL enabled, in which case use either (a) Let's Encryt certificate or (b) Self-signed certificate

We would like to use the Google managed certificate, how best to get that work with the existing configs please?
