`/transcoding/transcode.sh` has wrong directory path

Description

I did [this tutorial](https://cloud.google.com/batch/docs/create-run-example-job) and found bug.

`transcode.sh` has `dir=/mnt/share`, but `dir=/mnt/disks/share` is correct.

No contributing guide indexed for this repository
