For an onprem anthos setup, how is the [register bootsrap](https://cloud.google.com/kubernetes-engine/distributed-cloud/bare-metal/docs/installing/creating-clusters/create-admin-cluster-api#specify-sa-key-files) accomplished when using the [terraform's gkeonprem_bare_metal_admin_cluster](https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/google/latest/docs/resources/gkeonprem_bare_metal_admin_cluster) resource?
Is there an example with Terraform, without having to use `bmctl`?
