Add filtering based on tool type

Would be nice if users can filter which types of tools get displayed.

Kicking off some idea:

* Add clickable icons that dim when inactive (or with adjacent toggle switch) for tool types (API, CI, CLI, etc...) to top left of header. As user scrolls, they can show/hide different types of tools. Will this be a good experience? How would we handle mobile?
