Description
Will use this issue to keep track of suggested sections/tools I plan on adding (and suggestions/thoughts are always appreciated!)
* Instead of `Image Optimization`, change to `Image/Video Optimization` and include:
* Tool(s) to convert GIFs to images (https://www.ffmpeg.org/)
* Tool(s) to help compress videos
* Tool(s) to convert to newer formats (like WebP)
* [Feature Policy](https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2018/06/feature-policy)
* Would like to see this added but not sure where 🤔. New section?
