Description
The matrix on metric data point-based catalog views contains silently added (no UI to control them) filters about certain browsers providing/not providing the APIs, and the number of browsers that support APIs.
These views need to either
1. Not support add/remove releases, and give a sub-title describing what the fixed view contains, or
2. Provide a UI for controlling these hidden filters.
Without this change, adding and removing releases can lead to surprising results, such as the matrix suddenly containing no APIs.
