Feature Request: Add Support for In-App Review

Requesting feedback about the app is a common feature that most of the native apps have.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
It would be great if the apps generated through bubblewrap cli also has the ability to enable In-App Reviews.

I know most developers can add it to their app on their own as explained here https://bandarra.me/2021/01/18/Integrating-in-app-reviews-with-Trusted-Web-Activity/ but having it configured through cli would simplify the process for the users.

If I am not wrong, one of the purpose of TWA is to enable web developers to take their PWAs to the Play Store, and not all of them are familiar with Java. Simplifying the common tasks will encourage developers to adopt TWAs.
