[ENHANCEMENT] Query by WPT Data

On the overview page, we show Web Platform Test Scores but the user cannot narrow their results based on the scores.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
The query syntax should be expanded to query by Web Platform Test data.

Building on my suggestion in this [comment](https://github.com/GoogleChrome/webstatus.dev/issues/307#issuecomment-2191931053), the syntax should be `browser:wpt:channel:[operator][value]` or `browser:wpt:channel:[value1]..[value2]`
