[ENHANCEMENT] Add additional WPT link

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**

There is a WPT.FYI link in the top right that I've only discovered after years of using this website. I was totally blind to it.

I think this is part of a wider plan to include MDN and caniuse, but that plan hasn't come to fruition (I guess mostly because web features can span multiple MDN pages or BCD data). So, for now, it appears this link is in the wrong place as it's far away from the tests section and less observant users (like me!) my not see/use it and be frustrated they have to look this up manually.

I think it would be good to link this from the tests section, either replacing the existing Web Platform Test link (is that really useful?), or by adding an additional link (maybe for the "measure the support of this feature" highlighted below?).

**Describe alternatives you've considered**

Using the existing link and getting over the fact it's in the "wrong place" in my view.

Locate the tests section and the existing WPT.FYI link in the webstatus.dev interface. Review how links are arranged there, then add or reposition the WPT.FYI link so it is visible from the tests section and verify the resulting placement in the feature view.
