[BUG] Standards positions shown for browsers that already support the feature

Showing a browser's standards position is redundant when that browser already supports the feature.

For example, see the [Navigation API](https://webstatus.dev/features/navigation?q=navigation) page:

Positive standards positions for Mozilla and Apple are shown. However, the feature is already Baseline, so the vendor positions are no longer relevant.
