Network status API shows home WiFi as "4G" effective type, and sets the "type" to undefined

Is this some sort of intentional thing to avoid revealing when you're at home or something?

It makes it fairly useless for the intended "detect when to prefetch" use case, because 4G is metered, and WiFi is not(Well, at least until 1TB for most...), and any dynamic data saving attempt should take that into account.

Edit: On mobile, this seems to work perfectly, it's only an issue on my Kubuntu laptop running regular Chrome. Very odd!
