Notification not working in windows

hi,

i am using windows 10 and trying to run with web Bluetooth API but no luck i m trying to communicate to service 0xFFE0 and Characteristic 0xFFE1 but not able to receive any data on my computer side i also used Web Bluetooth Terminal it can able to send data to my connected Bluetooth device (HM10) but it also can't able to receive from it.

or there is any other API by which i can full fill my need i want to send data between my BLE device (HM10) and and windows system data is large like 1 - 2 MB or more also it supports electron because it's windows application so can any one help me in it

it's stuck here no response afterwards on sending data by another side.
