App banner works only in Android VM

Hello, I created an issue about my app banner not showing, but without knowing the cause of it. Now I have more informations about it, so I created a new issue narrowing the real problem down.

So my native app banner is showing when I'm using an android virtual machine, but not on a real android device. Both have this chrome option enabled :
chrome://flags/#bypass-app-banner-engagement-checks

I am using genymotion for my android VM.
Android VM specs : Android 5.0.0, Google Nexus 6, Chrome 51.0.2704.81
My Android device specs : Android 4.4.2, Galaxy Note 3, Chrome 51.0.2704.81
