Unused CSS should more clearly identify a style as inline

#### Provide the steps to reproduce
1. Run LH on http://giveawaylisting.com/ or http://giveawaylisting.com/index2.html

#### What is the current behavior?
Unused CSS gives a useless URL

#### What is the expected behavior?
Give me some way to actually find the unused CSS so maybe I can remove it.

#### Environment Information
* Affected Channels: DevTools
* Lighthouse version: 2.9.1
* Node.js version:
* Operating System: Windows 7
