TwaLauncher class does not appear to have a way to warm up / pre cache the URL

I may be missing something but there does not appear to be a way to pre cache the URL we may be calling using TwaLauncher.

Documentation is kind of sparse regarding TWA's so i may have missed it but is there currently a method to get good performance launching a TWA this way? I can see that you might call mayLaunchUrl on a custom tabs session but i have no idea if it's possible to associate that session with the TwaLauncher.
