Add contributors name and avatars in readme file

## **Overview**
The current `README.md` file does not display the list of contributors who have helped build this project.
To acknowledge community members and encourage more contributions, we should add a **Contributors section** at the end of the README showing each contributor’s **GitHub avatar and profile link**.

## **What Needs to Be Done**
- Add a **“Contributors”** section at the bottom of the `README.md`.
- Display each contributor’s **GitHub avatar** and **username**.
- Each avatar should link directly to the contributor’s **GitHub profile**.
- Ensure the layout is clean, visually appealing, and responsive in GitHub’s markdown view.
