Description

I try to rotate this model in blockstate, but it seems not working.
Is there any method to solve this problem?

example in my blockstate:
"facing=east,shape=outer_left": {
"model": "rtdd:block/sunshade_cloth/light_blue_sunshade_cloth_outer",
"y": 270
},
