When loading a Spigot world with Enchantment Tables or Beacons inside, this warning will arise:
`2016/08/22 08:43:03 [WARNING] Unknown tile entity at spigotworld,53,72,337: EnchantTable`
`2016/08/22 08:43:06 [WARNING] Unknown tile entity at spigotworld,-1266,9,-1030: Beacon`

Using Glowstone #220 from CI Server.

Reproduce the warning by loading a Spigot world containing an Enchantment Table and a Beacon, then trace the tile-entity loading path that reports them as unknown. Done means both entities load without the reported unknown-tile-entity warnings.
