Update to Sponge API7

Any updates on this? I know sponge is a pain to keep up with but I know a TON of servers that are looking for a legitimate bridge like this that would allow plugins to function with forge mods again seeming as cauldron/thermos are no longer developed and knockoffs like catserver are obfuscated and could be implementing backdoors to your server
