Description
The OBS Project [recently added support](https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/pull/8522) for the [Enhanced RTMP v1 spec](https://github.com/veovera/enhanced-rtmp), which allows for additional codec negotiation.
Since Waveguide is (or will be) codec agnostic, we should be able to support these standards as well. However I'm not sure there's a great Go library that has support for this "new spec" so that may be required before moving forward.

Research direction
Start by reading the OBS Studio PR #8522 and the Enhanced RTMP v1 specification linked in the issue, then investigate available Go libraries for the new codec negotiation. The work is complete when Waveguide can negotiate and support AV1 and HEVC through Enhanced RTMP without assuming a fixed codec.
