Assisted "Pick My Degree"

There is a chart with degree requirements, which we can auto fill by using currently taken and previously taken courses to fill it out, I will post a copy of the chart later, it's the same one from the science advising event. currently this will only work for science majors because as far as i know only science has these charts.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Obtain the referenced degree-requirements chart, identify how currently and previously taken courses are represented, and clarify the science-major scope before implementation; done means the chart can be automatically filled for supported science majors.
