## Textbooks Module
### Brief Description
Students can see what textbooks they need for their respective courses. Furthermore, there are both realtime and predictive analytics related to this module, and let's not forget the potential for social components.
#### 1. Textbook Alerts
If the student enters a course, they will immediately receive a realtime alert that they are required to have a specific textbook, if applicable.
#### 2. Textbook Information
Upon selecting a textbook there can be data pulled from various sources to display information such as title, author, ISBN, resellers, and brief description, and possibly pricing. If the SMU Bookstore has an accessible inventory database it could be possible to show inventory of that textbook in the SMU Bookstore, maybe in realtime!
#### 3. Resale Network
Students can communicate and resell their textbooks. This module could facilitate that interactions. See Textbook Savers ( http://cs.smu.ca/~g_wiechert/TextbookSavers/Home.php ) for proof-of-concept. Potential integration with SMUSA's Classifieds: http://www.smusa.ca/classified/
