[Home]: Add staff button and Add Home button has same functionality

Description
Steps to Reproduce
1. Login to the application
2. Click on Home
3. Click on Add Group and create new Group
4. Click on Add Staff
5. Click on Add Home
6. Notice, both opens the same popup
