Improve 'Residents' page to indicate residency status

Description
As of work in #134 there is now an 'edit residency' button on the Residents page. However, the residents page does not show information about any current of past residencies. This makes it hard to know which residents to edit when managing residency details.
# Task
- [ ] Add indication on residents page for each resident, showing residency status (whether a residency document exists for a given resident)
- [ ] Determine if/how to show past residencies (e.g. if a resident has moved between houses)
