Re-send user invitation

Users sometimes do not activate their accounts within the expiry window. Add a button allowing an invitation to be re-sent.

Note: I cannot find exactly whether there is an expiry window for Meteor account activation emails, but managers report having to frequently re-invite some staff who have not clicked the account activation link in a timely manner.
