Remove activity tables from Resident and Home profiles

Description
The Resident and Home activity tables duplicate the Activities view, but are not as well defined. In order to simplify the codebase and user experience, remove the activity tables from the Resident and Home profile templates.\
Consider that the activities table cannot currently be filtered by home, so we may not want to remove the activity table from the Homes profile.
