Awesomely useful code. Some ideas for extra functionality/improvements:

Be able to load reference values for standards from a spreadsheet, and compare batch standard performance to the known values i.e by Calculating percentage error, and add a line to standard plots showing the reference value.

Update the comments in code to be explicit on when median versus mean is being used in calculation. And if standard deviation is sample or population.

Provide an option to Calculate weighted RPD) but excluding the quartz blanks

Calculate a mean and median RPD for each element for both lab and analytical duplicates
