Description
Launching Geoda I get the following error:
"Failed to copy the file 'C:\Program Files\GeoDa Software\lang\config.ini' to 'C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Roaming\GeoDa\lang\config.ini' (error 3: The system cannot find the path specified.)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Launch software

Not to get an error when launching the software
