version scrcpy-win64-v4.1 touch input is not working while version scrcpy-win64-v4.0 does

Reproduce the missing touch input on the Oppo F7 Youth with scrcpy-win64-v4.1, then compare the same gestures under v4.0. Review the console output and, if relevant, adb logcat while narrowing down the regression; done means touch input works again on the reported setup without regressing the working version.
