Research direction

No source file, test, device model, console output, or logcat is provided. First reproduce the flash with scrcpy 4.1 from the Windows release on Windows 11, then collect console output and adb logcat across the affected Android devices. Done means the cause is identified and the intermittent flashing is resolved or narrowed to a documented device-specific issue.
