"pull from" mouse gesture

This really is a 'feature request', but using the scroll wheel from the mouse should initiate a swipe for the direction rolled. This would enable things like expanding the notification area, etc.

Start by locating scrcpy’s desktop mouse-input handling and the code path that sends swipe events. Define and verify how wheel direction maps to Android gestures, including notification-area expansion; no file or test is named in the issue.
