Wakeup with Alt-p will not keep screen turn off command

OS: Ubuntu 24.04 and Windows 10
Scrcpy version: 3.2 and 3.3.1
Installation method: Snap and Windows .exe
Device model: Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 (MIUI)
Android version: 13

Describe the Bug

Scrcpy does not remember I run a command scrcpy --turn-screen-off .After the phone auto turn screen off in 5 minutes at android setting,
Press Alt+P to wake up the screen will even wake up the physical phone screen
As I had set it with PIN , it keep at the screen lock PIN.

It only happen on Xiaomi while on Samsung Phone still remember the command screen-off.

Is it a bug ?

Start by reproducing `scrcpy --turn-screen-off` on the listed Xiaomi device, let Android turn the screen off, then use Alt+P and compare the result with Samsung. Trace the Alt+P wakeup entry point and the screen-off state handling. Done means waking the device does not turn on the physical screen, while the existing behavior remains intact on other devices.
